This year we invite you to join us on a gastronomic journey through a symphony of flavors, aromas, and textures. Our philanthropic event, Overtures: Culinary Compositions is designed for the tasting of unique dishes from 6 local chefs with an exquisite offer of natural wines. The chefs will bring their kitchens to Hacienda La Esperanza Nature Reserve for you to have the opportunity to see them conduct their culinary orchestra up close. Visit all their kiosks to witness their process and interact with them to learn about the in-and-outs of 
their creations.

We will have sommeliers Laura Madera-Nadal from Pio Pio Champagne Bar and Michelle Negrón from Cocina Abierta to guide you on the perfect pairing of the natural wines available in this immersive experience. There will also be a kiosk for you to enter the world of organic wines.

Additionally to the gastronomic tour, there will be workshops and historical tours to make your visit more flavorful. Join us to celebrate harmoniously with nature these culinary proposals that lead us to the conservation and healthy coexistence of the archipelago of Puerto Rico.
